Thirty days, taken seriously.
Live with the stretcher. Use it daily. If your spine doesn't notice, send it back — we'll cover the postage and refund in full.
The window
You have thirty days from delivery to begin a return. The stretcher should be in resaleable condition, with the travel pouch and ritual guide included.
How to start a return
- 01Email care@ksdm.co with your order reference. A specialist responds within one business day.
- 02We email you a prepaid label and a brief pickup window.
- 03Drop the parcel at any carrier location. We handle the rest.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued the moment your return reaches our studio — typically three to five business days after pickup. Funds settle in your original method within a further two to seven days, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
Prefer a different finish? We exchange like-for-like at no cost. Email us first so we reserve the new piece while yours is in transit.
Final-sale items
Press samples, gift cards, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return. Everything else is.
